Joe Sackville

Joe Sackville grew up in Watchung, New Jersey, and graduated from the University of Richmond, with a BA in History.
Following graduation, Joe accepted a position at American Express headquarters in Manhattan. He worked in managing marketing groups for both the Corporate Card and Sign and Travel products. After ten years at American Express, Joe took the helm at his family’s business, PSI, an insurance re-underwriting company.
In 1999, Joe opened a consolidated PSI office in Largo, Florida. This office employed over 250 people throughout his tenure. As President and CEO, he successfully ran PSI for the next 24 years. PSI provided sophisticated and superlative customer service for many long-term clients that included Allstate, USAA, Prudential, State Farm, and Met Life.
Always a savvy real estate investor, Joe split his time between Manhattan and Tampa for 24 years owning and selling real estate in both locations. Joe knows and understands the nuances of the Tampa Bay real estate market.
Joe is a devoted Lightning, Rays, and Buccaneers fan. He participates in many philanthropic causes in the Tampa Bay area, including the Tampa Bay Business for Culture and Arts (TBBCA), the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and the Stageworks Theatre.
Joe continues to be a successful photographer having sold-out shows in Manhattan art galleries. His photos are revered for their mono-chromatic aspects and abstractness. His work is also collected in worldwide private collections and public foundations.
Joe is fluent in French and is available to help with real estate transactions for French-speaking clients. Joe is also a Notary Public.
