In 2021, he and his partner, Katie Glaser, sold Derek Jeter's home on Davis Islands and still hold the record for the most expensive home ever sold on the West Coast of Florida.

Originally from Virginia, Stephen has called Tampa home since 1999. He graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. His professional journey began as IT Consultant with Accenture and later as Vice President of Operations for Trinsic Communications, a role that brought him to Tampa.
